Rachel has been with East Texas Plastic Surgery for a consecutive twelve years and serves as our doctor’s clinical assistant. When you schedule an appointment with us, Rachel will be in the room to give you a detailed description of your procedure and care. One of the many attributes Rachel brings to our office is her compassionate and caring attitude to our patients. Rachel treasts each patient with personal care and comfort and her sophisticated knowledge is readily available to answer any medical questions you may have. Rachel is married to her husband Greg and shares their two children Michael, and Tyler. When Rachel is not working, she enjoys reading, cooking, sewing, buying new shoes, and chasing her crazy boys around.
Diana Ward
Office Manager
Diana was the first to join East Texas Plastic Surgery in 1992 through her dedication and experience she is a great leader and example for our staff and our offices. Diana’s main objective is to make sure you get the service and information needed to make your care with us a rewarding experience. Whether you have questions about insurance or procedures, Diana has experience within all areas of our office. Outside of work Diana loves spending time with her husband Charles, three children (Jeremy, Jessica, and Jennifer), and her new granddaughter, Maddison. Diana also enjoys reading, gardening, traveling, and vacationing with her family at the beach.
Alecia Riley
Cosmetic Care Coordinator
Alecia has been a part of our team for team ten years. She currently serves as our Cosmetic Care Coordinator. Alecia can assist you with any questions regarding your cosmetic procedure. Whether you’re calling to set up your consultation appointment or surgery date, Alecia gives you detailed information for pricing, surgery questions, and her smile will make you feel at ease when scheduling your procedure. Alecia has extensive knowledge of cosmetic surgery and BOTOX®. She is happy to help you and assist you with any questions you may have. When Alecia is not working, she loves decorating, surfing the Internet, and spending time with her husband JD and her son, Masen.
Kappy Travis
Billing & Insurance Specialist
Kappy has been with our team for four years and currently serves as our Billing and Insurance Specialist. From your first to last visit, Kappy goes far and beyond to make your experience with us satisfying. Her sweet personality and expertise will ensure that it is at your convenience for any questions you may have. Feel free to call her with any concerns regarding insurance. When Kappy is not at work, she is actively involved in church activities, shopping for purses, and spending time with her husband Craig and her teenage son, Kaleb, and her two grandbaby girls, Addison and Alivia.
