Gary R. Jacobs - M.D., F.A.C.S.
Dr. Jacobs is a Plastic and Reconstructive surgeon, who began practicing in his hometown of Longview, Texas in 1983. Dr. Jacobs received his M.D. in 1975 and entered a Plastic Surgery residency at UT Southwestern in Dallas, Texas. After his residency was completed, Dr Jacobs began his professional practice of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Longview, Texas. He is a Diplomat of the Fellowship American College of Surgeons and strives to provide the highest level of care and treatment to each and every patient. Dr. Jacobs takes the time to explain all facets of the procedure(s) he performs to help each patient make informed decisions.
Dr. Jacobs is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgeons and holds memberships in The American Society of Plastic Surgery, Texas Society of Plastic Surgeons, International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, The Lipoplasty Society and the Texas Medical Society. Dr. Jacobs continues his education in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery with over 2000 hours of training at seminars/symposiums provided by The American Society of Plastic Surgeons, The Plastic Surgery Foundation and National Breast Surgery Symposium over the last 35 years.
